Ingrédients

- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond milk with any plant-based milk.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits.
