Ingrédients

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 banana leaf

Instructions

  1. Soak sticky rice and mung beans overnight.
  2. Steam mung beans until soft.
  3. Mix pork belly with fish sauce, sugar, and pepper.
  4. Layer sticky rice, mung beans, and pork in a banana leaf.
  5. Wrap tightly and steam for 3 hours.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.

  • Use fresh banana leaves for better flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
