A simple and delicious way to prepare whole lobster.
Ingrédients

- 2 whole lobsters (about 1.5 lbs each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic.
- Cook garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture and stir well.
- Remove lobsters from water and let cool slightly.
- Split lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the meat.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the lobster halves for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Choose lobsters that are lively and active.
- Do not overcook the lobsters to maintain tenderness.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
